From Penn Station to the Pine of Queens! Tara Hack Performs

A little about the Featured Artist:
21 year old native New Yorker out of Long Island.
Been attracting international attention with her voice and moving lyrics and commanding audiences across the country.
Writes her own music and strums them out on her guitar.
Determined to get her music and voice out there, she began performing at Penn Station in NYC.
In April 2008 her debut album was released titled "See You Soon". The album is continuing to rise receiving thousands of plays online, as well as availability and sales in Penn Station, on I-Tunes, and record stores throughout the Northeast.
Raising Awareness:
Her latest music project was her notable collaboration with Joe and Jack Napoli on "Saya Tidak Bersalah" (Im Not Guilty). The song tells the story of Schapelle Corby, an Australian woman who was framed and wrongfully imprisoned in Bali, Indonesia. When asked in an interview why she an American, cared so much about Schapelle, an Australian woman whom she has never met, Ms Hack poignantly responded,"I am a human before I am an American," a quote very telling of her character. Tara has joined an international human rights movement aimed to free Schapelle.

In the Cloud
Flying high with not a worry in the world. No fear, no anxiety. Freedom of flight. Just you, just me. My thoughts, my breath, my laugh, my view. How have I not experienced this pure joy & exhilaration before. The little things feel petty. The so called big things, not so big anymore. To enjoy life everyday is the lesson I take. Whether others want to come along for the ride is another story. To practice living in the subtlety of life is the new adventure. To love someone is subtler than to resent or push someone away. To accept someone is subtler than to criticize the individual. To promote peace is subtler than to promote anger & violence. I wanna feel the subtler side of each experience and be at ease like I was in the cloud that day.

THE PUSH!
So after a week of being inspired, having fun, and an immense amount of conversations, the push begins. Steps forward are in order now to begin the journey to exactly what it is I want out of life and am going to get. The world is my oyster. Let the games begin!!!
